The ACE Holiday Party returned to the Skirball Cultural Center on Dec. 11, following a 2020 virtual event. As ACE’s first in-person event since the shutdown, the vaccination-only (or negative COVID test) event attracted roughly 450 members and guests.

Many ACE members were in attendance including ACE president Kevin Tent, past president AlanHeim, Alan Baumgarten, Maryann Brandon, Andrew Buckland, A.J. Catoline, Matt Chessé, Tom Cross,
Tom Eagles, Richard Halsey, Maysie Hoy, Chris Lebenzon, Melissa McCoy, Michael McCusker, Leon Ortiz-Gil, Tatiana Riegel, Heidi Scharfe, John Venzon and Harry Yoon. During the event, ACE announced its new interns, McKenna Cook and Catherine Goohs.

The party featured live music by the Jeff Driskill Trio and a buffet including the always-popular mashed potato bar and ice cream sundae bar from Dandy Don’s. ACE held a toy drive for Spark of Love and a raffle benefitting the ACE Educational Fund. Thanks to sponsors Adobe, Avid and Blackmagic Design, which also donated door prizes, and Tribeca West Kilroy for hosting the bar.

Additionally, New York-based members gathered  for the ACE New York Holiday Party, held Dec.14 at Cooper’s Craft & Kitchen in Chelsea
