Glenn Garland, ACE talks with Sean Baker about editing the phenomenal film, ANORA, winner of this year’s Palme d’Or. Over the course of his career, Sean has become one of the most unique, singular voices in cinema today. He has directed, written, produced and edited almost all of his films including such superb projects as TANGERINE, which was nominated for the Independent Spirit Award for best directing as well as the Sundance Audience Award, THE FLORIDA PROJECT, which was nominated for the Independent Spirit Award and won the New York Film Critics Award for best directing, and RED ROCKET, which was nominated for the Palme d’Or at Cannes.
